I notice after calling me a moron, you capitalized "FOREGN," as if perhaps you thought I was too slow too pick up on the fact that the Secretary of Defense was referring to foreign capabilities, and not our own. Let me share a secret with you, in case you were unaware. The United States is the most technologically advanced nation on the planet, spending far more money on "defense" than most all of our rivals combined. The only thing moronic would be to be believe that other nations have these capabilities while the United States did not.

Recall, I said it was a "tacit" admission by Cohen. Granted, he didn't specifically say the United States had the capability to engage in eco-terrorism using electromagnetic waves, but only a moron would believe that if Cohen admitted this technology existed with our enemies all the way back in 1997, that the United States would not have this technology in 2013!

The truth of the matter is that the United States had this technological capability long before 1997. You obviously don't have the faintest clue what HAARP is all about, and how it works.
