FNTN seems to be steadily building upward momentum the last few days. Does anyone have any thoughts on why?

I've not posted in a while, still HOLDING FNTN. Consumed with FONR & Rumors on MSN. There must be a little something going on or NEAR as the price increase would indicate. Seems enough always KNOW of pending NEWS positive or bad. Any idea that FNTN would fall into this as, I agree with Rickd1 that small investors could be hurt really bad if this is a sudden action. Also agree that a CLEANING of this nature would have likely saved me $110,000 in 1996 where I got caught in TWO SCAMS, SEXI & CSIX. So I'm not against this action if they will carry it out right.
