Zeev,

My response to Mike was not a disinvitation. I welcome comments by bears as well as bulls. My efforts are to promote a more intelligent discussion on this thread.

Sometimes you & I are on opposite sides of a trade, but I greatly value you're input. You have been following IMP for sometime, as I. You are well aware of past criticisms of the company, warranted & unwarranted. You are also aware of the valueless comments posted by those who unfortunately have lost a large portion of their holdings on uninformed investments decisions. Such comments are merited when the losses are immediate -- grieving has a cleansing effect. (I know, I'm suffering over ORCL right now.)

My intention in starting this new thread was to view IMP with a LOOK FORWARD, and to discourage crying over spilled milk now bone dry. Mike's comments, while bearish, have been also been what I view as antagonistic in nature. My responses have been to promote a more substantive discussion here & to QUESTION THE MOTIVATION behind what I consider comments without substance. Nothing more.

As far as IMP making it to the screens of analysts, I don't know. Your guess is as good as mine. I think before any firm will initiate coverage, they will like to be able to evaluate, the certainty as well as magnitude of any cash flow coming in the front door. At this point, all we can see are mirages. Maybe after a few announcements indicating increased revenues down the road, we'll see an analyst or 2 pick-up on IMP. How soon this will happen I don't know. Whether it will happen in '98 is still a question to consider in any investment decision to buy, sell or hold.
