Below are some questions I received from a private company's
point of view. Any comments on this, as it pertains
specifically to CVIA and its future stock price?

1) What does this shell offer the new group and why is your Co using this approach vs.a regular underwriting?

2) Is the story going to be earnings driven? Is the balance sheet substantially cash and clean (No liabilities- - tangible or otherwise).

3) How is the story going to attract sponsorship-- Wall Street's attention.

4) What other acquisitions are being pursued?

5) NO REVERSE SPLITS!!!!!! I see your STock is under $.05. This will be a problem!! Few will ever take the Stock seriously when the trades less than $5. While you may be able to double or tripple your money at this level it will be difficult for the Co to build a loyal shareholder base if everyone is speculating.
