TO ALL : Post 3146 of mine completely replaces my Post 3107 with respect to LPS.
Post 3107 inadvertently assumed that the mortgage operation would be the primary element of LPS. The reality, as described in Post 3146, is that the mortgage will be but one part of LPS.

With CSMA's application for Form 10 filing, it should be a BB stock that doesn't get shoved to the pink sheets. It's next move will be to the listed board.
