Fonix executive makes another promise.

Mid November, an article was written in the SL Tribune titled,
Fonix Corp. makes deal with Siemens.
In the article Mr. Murdoch makes these statements.
1. expect to book a minimum of $2 million in revenues this quarter.
2. expect Siemens to begin using fonix voice recognition technology on computer chips used in its telecommunications products by June.

So from what I have read we have conflicting statements from both parties involved in the agreement.

Debate or ignore, it doesn't matter anymore.

Bob,

I'm still chewing while trying to convey you my thoughts on your question. So if you don't understand what I mean it's because I'm chewing.

I am of the firm opinion that fonix is in a position to chose its best partners to penetrate the VR market. You just mentioned three names in your list, but you could have added Siemens, Philips and some others, so you see that you can start ticking off one of the possible names. And to start with it's one of the more prominent names rather than Dragon or LHSPF that don't have a lot of revs yet.

So my best guess is that fonx will first try to enter into strategic alliances with the top tier, before they start giving away their jokers to relatively small companies like Dragon or LHSPF. The blockbuster deals will come, not because the first one has not been a blockbuster can you exclude that there won't be any. Look how long it took LHSPF to cut a big deal with MSFT and they've been around in this industry for about 10 years. I still think that the amount of time that fonix has needed to produce the first strategic alliance after the issuance of the patents has been very short.

Do not get caught by D.Evans misrepresentation of fonix. There will be more announcements to come and I think that the pace will get quicker rather than slower in the future. Siemens has just marked the beginning and eventually the Street will honor the companies achievement.

As someone said it earlier, this company is an IPC (i.e. intellectual property company) with very little overhead, so it won't need an awful lot of revenues to generate profits.

I don't know where the stock price will be in a month or two, but I have a strong feeling that it won't take 2 to 3 years before you'll see the first and substantial results, it's going to happen much earlier.
Again, I'm willing to take the risk here, and the further the stock price falls the less risk there is, obviously.

I just swallowed now. <bg>

Take care,

Frank
