I am looking for much higher than that in the very near future. I believe there will be forward splits on this one. This is a golden opportunity for an investor to have part ownership in a National League. I would not be surprised if the NBA works closely with USBL as a sort of farm League of the NBA. I know they are working on TV coverage of the games and as Richard stated it would be a great avenue for promoting ones products which will bring in big revenue. Having only a little over 3.4 Million total issued shares will not cut it if this concept takes off, that's the reasoning for the forward splits. Also the League has proven to be successful at present. I feel now they are looking to kick this thing off or should I say Slam Dunk?

Daryn -

Please be careful not to mix facts with hype. The value analysis was designed to show the comparison of the replacement of the infrastructure of creating a similar league from scratch, it is not an audited financial valuation. However, it does show that it's not a start up business,a lot of hard work has gone into it and the owners are serious business people. I feel the merits of the USBL stand by themselves - they don't need hype.

The USBL has been around for 13 years and it has a lot going for it. I feel the time is now, because there is a lot of forward movement in it's West Coast expansion, a big-name player/coach (probably more to follow), media publicity, etc.

Since the stock has only been public for 18 months and there has only been a $1.50 - $2.50 price range, this stock hasn't been manipulated or illegally shorted. Looks like a slam-dunk from here.

When the USBL first started - team franchises went for $30,000 to $60,000 each. Now they are $300,000 and will probably go higher. Minor Baseball teams used to sell in the thousands, now they are $10 million or more. NBA teams are now $200 Million.

BUT ----- USBL is the first publicly owned professional sports league in the United States and the first franchisor of professional sports teams. A fan can now be a part-owner of an entire league.

I am watching this one very closely and will report as I know....

HOOP DREAMS!!!!!

Richard
