It's total fakery at the USPTO. Failure to Respond, Abandoned, resuscitated, juiced for another re opening and more Final Rejections, That application for An edible film comprising an active ingredient is junk. I saw that at COMDEX in the late 1990s, as giveaways at booths such as Aether. Melt away mint flavor branded on the outside with the company's name. If they ever got out of Miami Lakes, it would lose in court. Their business is putting out news releases. Ultimately, their stock will do what the symbol says. And Tiger Woods will have a different brand on his golf bag in 2014.
