Kim..liontamer has repeatedly said the results were coming in within hours..his last post tho really concerns me <read scares> he seems to infer that since we didnt get the results by 5 today then LeDoux may think the
samples were tampered with? if so..HOW?? With all of the COC
protocol..how could Led think that?
some reassurance on this post would greatly ease my concern.
thank you ,
Anne

Thank you Kim, I guess your post was for the other threadsters because it really matters none to me. I was only postiing an article in response to someones request. I am not YET a believer in "the process" that "will forever change the precious metals industry".

I reserve the right to change my mind

I don't understand how NASDAQ's threat to delist BB stocks which don't file with the SEC applies to NAXOF. To my knowledge, the delisting from OTC BB would then place a company on the "pink sheets." Isn't that were NAXOF trades now? Why would NASDAQ's actions with regards to OTC BB companies be a problem for NAXOF?

Kim, then how is it that on the Naxos Resources home page on the internet under Financial Information, Investor Package, the most recent financial report (3rd Quarter, 1997) there is NO reference to any accounting firm/auditor, let alone Msrs. Deloitte and Touche, having prepared these numbers?
