I work in real estate and they are taking over the entire profession. Most realtors are women today, mortgage loan officers, Escrow and title people.

And the self actualized women don't want men taking the lead.

Here is what I think you are looking at. You are looking at married women. Look at single women.

The single women in Virginia voted for the Dem over the Pub by 22% more than the married women. Once women are liberated, they can do everything a man can do and do it better. Because they usually work harder and are more organized. And they can be tough if need be.

What is tougher than real estate, mortgage loan officer or escrow Title person??

But women have been held down by men for all of history. 99% of all the wealth on earth is held by men.

My two girls are kick ass liberated, and can hold their own against any man, anywhere, anytime. One is a lawyer and one is a scientist.

I raised them that way. They can out think men who want to subjugate them. And they married ones who wanted them as equals.

...They tend to bring a lot of unnecessary drama into their work relationships.

Well said and so very true.
