all the PMP strategies i have seen are for a transponder-like set up where things are sent LOS from a central station to multiple stations.

i can tell you this: at 38Ghz, there is no other way than LOS.

of course, this doesnt really matter, since for what they are planning it wont matter if its LOS. there arent going to be many stations since they are using internal building distribution.
