Chip, I now feel that RMBS is an excellent short candidate.

While the other day I felt that it was not a good buy candidate, I felt it was risky to short. However, today I got the right technical signal that suggests that it would be safe to short for 5-10 points.

I know that you will complain that it has already moved down several points, and I should have called it a short sooner. That's because you have no understanding of risk.

BTW, I do expect some recovery intra-day today and even perhaps over the next couple of days before the BIG move down. That will provide you an excellent opportunity to minimize your loss, and I will consider it for a short entry point.

Good luck, Chip!

Chip, RMBS is now down 10 points from the point at which I first said that I thought it would drop 10-15 points.

I believe that it has at least another 5 points left to the downside.

Chip, I'm glad that I am not 200% long RMBS. If I were, I'd be close to facing a margin call, as you are if you didn't sell your RMBS. Isn't your account ratio in the low 40's now?

I'm sure you will blame this on unanticipated market conditions. Funny, though, you took credit for your TA predicting a fall in CREAF when it moved down in a market crash.

Anyway, good luck, Chip!
