Kemess's total mining cost per oz will be at least 360/oz. Anyone saying differently is lying or hasn't done the math. This is because the grade is so low. Under 1 gm per ton Au. Recovery is 75 %. Coppers world price is under sever pressure at .80 cents.

The 40 million necessary to finance the completion of Kemess will not be forthcoming. This is logical dog eat dog business. Who would pay 40 mill when they could wait for bankruptcy and get all at .10 cents/$.This also has the benefit of unencombering Kemess from a 125 mill environmental liability that Royal has at the Giant mine. Which incidentally needs 400 $ gold to be in the black.Be careful.

If you factor the high mill cost of over 400 mill then this whole project takes on a new look. Do your own math befor you invest !
