Tomas: I know there was talk of using economies of scale with Veba to develop any potential oil find. Since there are some existing pipeline infrastructures nearby, how long would it take to implement a production system and begin extracting oil, assuming a commercial discovery? Is there any cash in the coffers for additional wells and/or production developement, or would they have to go the rights offering road again? Not too many banks offering loans in Libya I imagine... Is the IPC price in Sweden creeping toward a new high? Wish some of the irrational exuberence would spill over in the US, although I'm certainly not complaining about the price <g>. Alex PS. Russian Orthodox Xmas is in January, so it can still be a Xmas present extraordinaire!
