Is this $17M loss before or after tax? Before tax number is more important.

Re:NSM (proper) is doing well.The Cyrix division lost $17,000,000 while doubling their MediaGX sales - presumably from 400,000 (Q3) to 800,000 (Q4). Cyrix's Q3 loss was only $700,000. The more MediaGX they make and sell, the more money they lose.
That's why Cyrix calls their PC business the "sub-zero" segment - guaranteed to
produce SUB-ZERO PROFITS ..What a terrific business model. Only a Fuchi could love that!>>>
