Bob, I mentioned this one when it hit U.S. patent site. Even seeing all the claims I do not understand much, (any), of it. Would be nice if Xoma would explain the sigificance of the patent. What does it enable them to do? How does it relate to particular areas, or drugs, they are working on. Would someone else want to license it? Realize the scientist might think a thing or two about some of the dumb shareholders but explaining these things in terms more people can understand might help the market improve the value of he stock and make XOMA an even better place to work.
