Hi Anne, I agree that within the rules of SI it's fair for HL to have been kicked off. On the other hand, some longs had him silenced. It looks like they're hiding something. Does that make sense? If he was slandering people those slandered could have sued him in a heartbeat. Let me ask, has anyone begun legal proceedings against any of the shorts, or are those "legal threats" I've seen to that effect from various longs just more hot air? Can anyone answer wether legal action has been taken along these lines against any of the "shorts" or is that confidential information? FWIW Andy
