**Response from Joe Lanza**

Wes,

No, I can't "leave well enough alone". Thank you for laying down what you consider "untruths".

Corn Dancer, Native American Spring Water. Well Wes, I believed enough to put around $300,000 into Vintage for it. Mr. Hicky is the one who went to the board and shelved it. However, that does not mean that Xecom might not have future dealings with them. The fall of Xecom was not caused by me Wes, that is were you are all wrong. Also Wes, you called me in 96, not 95. Don't confuse me with your broker!

Truher left because he was being sued by AT&D. That suit expanded to include Xecom and IWIC. The directors told him to resign for the benifit of the company, which he did. "Not happy"? Truher asked the board if he could write his resignation in a news release. I guess the board agreed. At the time, I was not involved with writing the releases. Everything from Truher and King said everything was fine, just needed money to grow. So management stated that everything was fine. Truher and King were writing the news releases. Truher's resignation was not an upheaval, it was like some one turned on a light. We discovered problems that even he was unaware of. Mr. King had set us up to steal our contracts. I remember all of the "glowing reports" that he gave me. On 8/22/96, I stopped Fujitsu from putting us in a trick bag, and on 9/4/96, Joe V. got rid of King. Regardless, Truher was not a driving force in this company, but a complete opposite!

Regis Capital. They were to bring in a million shares of buying. We have all seen the stock drop since. I did not say that I was taking over, I just said that I would have to get back to work. I do not have time to handle all of the PR, so I am back looking. If you can recomend a firm, let me know! I liked Regis, and felt that they could help us with Mergers and Aquisitions.

Lastly, in regards to your reality check. I did not plead guilty to tax evaision. I plead guilty to failure to file, and I have no tax owing! Secondly, I have never been reprimanded or disciplined by the SEC. I don't know were you get your information, but you are way off target. In respect to your last comment, Once and for all, I do not run Xecom! Get that clear in your head, and you may start to relax! Joe V. has given me projects, which I am trying to complete. I am sorry that you are so hatefull, but I beleive that Xecom would be farther ahead if they had listened to me. So Wes, get the whole story, not bits and pieces that you pick up from people spreading rumors. Xecom is down because of Truher, King, Davis, hartman, and ect.. Don't believe me? Contact Joe V, or even Denis Casey to verify it.
