No, haven't used it yet although client (MCIC) is gearing up to begin using it next quarter. We expect to see tremendous performance gains with a new v8 instance!

Sonki,

to answer the second half of your question. Oracle and Customers don't have to worry about any confusion or finding qualified people...when they hire a consulting firm like mine (Tactics Inc.) we recommend the tools based on the need and sell/install/maintain/develop/support you name it, we do it!

I think that is the right approach, ie. to look at the revised earning
estimate and think how Oracle will do against that. Oracle did 15c in
Q1, now 19c in Q2. In order to meet 88c-90c revised estimate for
fiscal98, Oracle needs to make about 54-56c in the next two quarters.
So the question to ask is whether Oracle is capable of doing that.
Anyone cares to answer that?
