Additional support of the profit margin... in speaking with my boss
whose wife works doing perm placements:

Company receives 20-25% of the annual salary.

Total expenses run about 1 day's labor and 5% commission for the account
executive who does the placement.

The Houston office people clearly said they want to focus on perm
placement because that's where the highest margin is... they did say
that it was often through the temp placements that they received the
leads for perm placements so they are going to work on temp placements
first. Of course that doesn't apply to the company as a whole, only
the Houston office... the other offices have been around long enough
to have established a clientel.

The deal with American Airlines could be very cool if it happens...
I don't know if any of you have ever been to DFW airport in Dallas
or not but it is one of, if not THE hub for American Airlines... they
pretty much have the whole place. FAMH already has some pretty
impressive contracts as it is!

As to the delisting... I can't see anything being done that would
happen without at least a 6 month period to come into compliance.
Look at how slowly they are phasing in the new rule on restricting
spread sizes! It will be a couple of YEARS before that impacts all
the stocks and even the stocks it applied to quickly were given
nearly a full year of warning. Personally I applaud this move!! I
think the passage of this rule will send a strong clear message that
scam companies are not going to be tolerated on the quote servers.
Geeze look at DACQ! It's still there even though it has NO assets,
NO business, and hasn't filed anything with the SEC for about 2 years!
And yet a bunch of people I know participated in a run the stock
experienced not long ago...

Anyway, I'll get off my soap box now! ;-) I'm looking forward to an
EXCELLENT next few months!

-John

Really weird trading today... lots of large blocks at .32 in the middle
of the .31 / .33 spread. Wonder if they are buys or sells!
