Dale -

Just for the record, that's $100 for an on and off button, auto-detect technology that makes the drive compatible with virtually every Mac and PC in the world, and a really cool software bundle. Not to mention that the disks are compatible with over 10 million Zip drives that are already out there.

But it's kind of an odd way to compare the two products anyway. They're not made for the same purpose.

If you're only talking dollars per megabyte, then we should all be using tape drives.
