Tomorrow is here. Rewrite your memo stating only the facts keeping the emotion out of it. Request that he rewrite the review after reviewing your reviews from the past several years. Request that he include justification for his opinions. Finally, blind copy your upper management who apparently has great faith in you and respect for you. Sit back and see what happens. BTW: how did this guy get the supervisor job anyway?

So, after over a year working 12 hour days, being at site working 84 hour weeks, some guy who was assigned as my supervisor 2 months ago, has given me a performance review that is the worst I have had in my professional 24 year career. I am doing my level best to refrain from sending the e-mail I have written. God, grant me the strength to go to bed and not hit send. Sooooooooo...what happened? Did you hit send?? Inquiring minds wanna know what's up with our Jeffie! Can't just leave us hanging! Saw the pictures on FB, so assuming you survived?
