Steve, I just thought of something.

At a half-marathon yesterday, the announcer at the start line wanted to celebrate the fact that 65% of the participants in the run were women.

That's nice, but at that point, the men become the "minority." Shouldn't anyone celebrate the fact that 35% of the participants in the run were men?

Of course not, because the presumption here is that men still control society. Therefore, any achievement made by men should be downplayed while any achievement made by women should be emphasized.

Anyway, I wonder if Koan is a runner himself. That activity seems to be dominated by women; therefore, it has to be better than the male-dominated activities like football and belching.
