My niece and her husband rent a motor home for different vacations. This Thanksgiving, they're taking the 3 kids on a trip to Arizona - Grand Canyon and Monument Valley, etc. They rent different kinds to see which one suits them best with the idea that they might want to buy one. But they also rent yachts in different areas. They've been all over the Caribbean and Hawaiian Islands. They decided years ago that they would always go somewhere on vacation for Thanksgiving because they saw the kind of hassle their friends would go through deciding which family to spend which holiday with.
