I suppose that means she doesn't want to live [or teach] in Texas. I have a feeling TX isn't going to be too supportive of repeal of the 2nd A.

Penrose also noted that she tells students in her constitutional law courses that the entire United States Constitution is an obsolete document.

This is just what you want in a constitutional law professor. Someone who believes the Constitution is obsolete. If only we could get a few climate scientists who weren't ideologically committed to GW.
