My solution is to stop subsidizing teen single mother "families" and others that have children out of stupidity or for welfare benefits. I would like to see a generation of wanted and cared for children with a chance at life - regardless of race. The state has done nothing but raise drug addicts, gang bangers and generations of welfare families. I am sure you are proud of it. Just like your hero Margret Sanger - fiercely proud.
