To All
Okay, now I'm mad.

I come home from the United Center on a wonderful natural high from watching the bulls destroy the Knicks, turn on the computer, and i think I have entered the Twilight Zone. :-)

Maybe I'm confused, or just not thinking straight on this glorious evening, but WHERE did Jimmy ever post on this thread. I guess someone was implying that JJ Surprise is Jimmy. If so, tha's the first I heard of it. What proof do we have?
Secondly, I guess I missed it on Judge Wapner, but where was it ever proven that Naxos had anything to do with HL getting kicked off? doesn't he take any reponsibility for his actions? Maybe he was kicked off because he's an a--hole, and SI didn't want to put up with it? The mere thought that Naxos could pressure SI into anything is laughable.
I never knew that little old Naxos was such a political heavyweight.

Also, how does anyone know that Naxos had anything to do with removing someone else's web-site? I figure that would be pretty hard to do. Austin's explanation seems emminently more reasonable.

People, think for youselves. Why do you think all these posts come at this precise time? Why do they all make unprovable innuendo, and state them as fact? WHO DO YOU BELIEVE? Who seems to be telling /seeking the truth, and who dwells on innuendo and mindless assertions? It really isn't hard when you take the emotion out of it and think logically.

Mark A. Surprise

Lonnie: Very balanced post. Welcome aboard from another Naxos "non-insider."

While I have little regard for Hungry Lion, I am somewhat dismayed to see him kicked off SI. I didn't see ANYTHING he said here that was anything different than what he said on the IPM thread, but he didn't get kicked off when posting on that thread. As a matter of fact, I found the information he found concerning the connection (so to speak) between Lett and Joe Champion to be quite interesting.

It does seem odd that he would be kicked off SI for his actions on this thread, when they were absolutely no different than his actions on the IPM thread. Seems SI's "rules" can be quite fluid.

Lonnie, I agree with you on the value of contrarians. And yes the last several weeks have sparked a lot of intense debate and I have learned a lot more about this company. There are several sceptics still on this thread and I am very interested in the opinions of people like Michael Grasso. We all want to be informed decision makers.

But I strongly believe peolpe are wrong to assume HungryLion got booted for negative posting. Being negative on a stock has never gotten someone booted in the past. But the same obnoxious e-mails that you quote as a reason for not providing an e-mail address were showing up in my mailbox. On monday I sent a copy of one of these e-mails to SI. Only SI knows what HL's e-mail address is, I certainly don't. But if SI matched the e-mail addresses so be it. Free speech is one thing but harrassment is not free speech.
