Randy, I was wondering as well??? With all this very optimistic news we are in a downspin? The whole market is down big also of coarse which takes most down with it. Maybe a big contract signing will boost it up. Maybe people thought there should have been a contract signing by now along with the negative Bloomberg article makes people scepticle (sp). But it probably is just the whole market softness that is doing it. I don't own any but if I could convince myself USWDA is for real, this is a great buying opportunity. Problem is that my track record this year has be horrible so I am obviously very cautious. Jay
