Frankly, I don't know. Maybe they ARE offering a packaged service. My response to you was with regards to inquiry about what each company did. If MCOM has paired up with Netcom, it makes complete sense to offer a package deal.

Don't either of you have a clue about this company about which you presumably have invested in. Do you pick stocks by throwing darts at the financial pages?

Ricochet service does include unlimited internet access and an eMail account. You do NOT have to also take out an account with another ISP.
