The problem is the numbers of US citizens, dead or in jail, that it takes to keep the scheme going. Governments are being replaced based on the profit margins from the expected drug flow. People are being killed in large numbers overseas to produce the drugs for our government to sell in our streets. US citizens are being killed here in the US to provide off the books funding for black ops programs. When it became a "good thing" to kill US citizens to avoid budget oversight, it became a very very bad thing. They are feeding our children these drugs. We have the largest per capita drug use here than anywhere else in the world. Our government is PUSHING these drugs into our streets. The war on drugs can't end because of the profits our own government is making off them. They make a profit off our children's souls.
