Probably not directly. Just a beneficiary. I believe a knowing beneficiary. The cocaine funded what could not be funded through congress. That should be RICO stuff. It was a scheme to bypass congressional oversight. Funded by dumping poison into our city streets. I suggest everyone involved go to jail. It was Air America for the heroin flights during Viet Nam .. CIA. CIA brought the cocaine flights in from Central America in the 80s. Since they didn't seem to mind the cocaine trade, there is little hope that they didn't have their hands into the heroin trade then also. The scale of the heroin trade with Afghanistan is only possible with the flights being allowed. Since US military (CIA) seems content to allow flights of heroin into the US, it seems a sad, safe bet they still are moving cocaine also. This cash flow should be resulting in a cash stockpile of several hundreds of billions of dollars. Money that should be used to eliminate some of our national debt, but is currently outside of congressional control. I'm guessing that the cash is currently exposed to theft.
