Sales of TSSW's Products in Best Buy in Huntsville, Al:

1) Checkit Pro hit the stores last Thursday. Priced at around $95. Best Buy has sold 2 of 3 copies since Thursday.
2) PC-Cillin: Sold 4 in about 8 days. 3 left
3) Checkit Version 5 became available yesterday.

* Looking for the company to avg one sale per week per PC-Cillin 3 and Checkit Version 5. Checkit Pro has both PC-Cillin 3 and Checkit included in the package with other extras like tools . . etc

Barbara,

I understand now. I haven't actually talked to someone, I have only used either e-support or the modem. I have always gotten my problems solved without getting to that point. A bad example, A call to Compaq support is $35. They won't talk until you give them their credit card.
