You are correct, but Obama and his Fed picks do practice "Trickle Down".
This is one of the oddest self-contradictions of Keynesianism and its liberal support. It should be clear to anyone with a basic knowledge of macroeconomics who benefits first from quantitative easing.

I just had a discussion with Carl, a.k.a. Bilow, who "advocated" dropping money out of helicopters. I didn't get his point at first, but I do now. If we're going to print money to "help the middle class," it would be better to just give the money directly to the people, rather than go through the Fed, the banks, and big government.
