To answer your question as to why? I would have to say arrogance. As far as turning around, things get really really worst before improving. Today's action is a case in point. As to backruptcy claim made by an earlier poster? pahleeeezzzzz, won't even touch that. As to smelling a rat? Pease.....what was you thinking when you plucked down 2800 (assuming round lot at $28) in OXHP after the company lost 62% in value. Did you really think you were getting a bargain that nobody was aware of? I knew when I went in that I could lose everything down the road. I wasn't thinking that I'd be up some 50% in two weeks when I was ready to sell. I'll admit that I should have been a bit more patient. Lesson learned when dealing with ORCL. I'ts OK to make a mistake, if you learn form it. As to the lawsuits? It would be really nice once their addressed. Hopefully consolidated first. Michael I agree with you totally, keep posting.
