Yes. But I wouldn't go as far as calling it a "safe haven" yet. <imho> That term denotes huge companies that spin-off yields and can weather a good storm. Utilities and REIT's (real estate investment trusts) are the current vogue in safe havens. Again, all in my humble opinion.
