The very highest health care quality is preventive care.

It's fine for the individual, terrible for the group. Preventive care extends you life and makes the total medical cost for you increase. We are all going to die sometime. The cheapest way is to have us go quickly and immediately.

don't be blind. with the higher deductibles people won't be going to the doctors as much until it is really bad for them. re-examine your preventive logic.
