How did we end up with such a numbskull as Prez I'll never know. By voters, in 08, focusing on a successful republican governor VP candidate rather than the inexperienced clean looking black candidate followed in 2012 by the demonization of a good man who happened to be successful Governor vs a now known incompetent POTUS running for a 2nd term. I could make the argument that Sarah Palin would have been more accomplished as POTUS than the numbskull .. as you so rightly put it.. we have now.

Since the French, the Saudis and the Israelis have all gone public with their objections, we don't have to guess how besides themselves they are. The Saudis just refused a seat on the UN Security Council! And the Israelis have been insulted and had their secrets leaked by the US over and over. They are realizing they can't afford to wait this idiot out. I don't know if we will see an Israeli strike on Iran with Saudi collusion (the Times of London is not a reliable source for such stories), but it is more possible now than ever before.
