Who tells a kid that? You think I'd say that to a kid? The point, which you seem to have missed, is that college is expensive, and you have to wager your life to get the GI Bill. You are giving up income to go to college, usually, and not all kids can afford to do that. You may not know this, in your ivory tower, but some teens are helping to support their families. And no, I'm not going to convince blithering idiots to apply for college. If you were in my class you would never, ever know what I thought of you. Here we are big boys and girls, so I figure I can say what I want, but I am beginning to realize some of you are far too sensitive to understand that sort of thinking.
