I am glad you have done well for yourself at an early age. I am on my way also..eventhough I am 26. Your advice, I will partially take it. IDTC is a good prspect, but it is in a different area than Vocaltec. Vocaltec is a developer, software and hardware. They are being very astute in starting alliances and OEM programs. IDTC is a carrier. They need equipment like Vocaltec's to make their network work. They play complementary roles. I like VocalTec because of the development leadership and their capital strucure being leveraged by $48M from Deutsche Telekom PLUS $30M/year in software purchases. As I said, I will research and likely invest in IDTC, but I will not pull out of Vocaltec.
