Hmm... I thought these kinds operated from the Cayman
Islands.

The Brits did a lot of fine-slapping, nationalizations,
etc. to their banks. Their bubble did appear to be much worse than ours
in terms of total debt to GDP.

I am fine with no regulation, as long as there is no
bailout either.
