Ed, In all seriousness, the Exchanges know perfectly well what went on on Friday. They have to follow due process. The Exchanges also know that the rumours didn't start on the internet. It is the Press that is forever building up and focusing on the internet as a source of rumours. If I posted here that XYZ stock had intersected a 100 metres of WHATEVER, I would be flamed. We should start a rumour thread and monitor its impact on the share price of stocks mentioned within it. My Guess Zippo, Nada, Zilch! Surething
