I don't understand your question.
Those that do not pay taxes ("the 47%") do not need tax breaks.
Those that do pay taxes and give jobs and access to a good life to "the 90%"
do deserve tax breaks on specific things . . especially if it helps "the 90%"
and, in the end, increases tax revenue into the government by increasing the number of people working and paying taxes.
