Kenneth, I love it! Obama and Reid, outsmarted the Rep. again. Just think they now have time to appoint many Federal Circuit and Appellate Court appointment for life before any Republican's get in office. I understand that the Washington Appellate Court handles many of the cases prior to reaching the US Supreme Court. If I were President OBama I would appoint all the Court Judges I can prior to the expiration of my term in office and make the appointment of young judges. And, if the opportunity arises appoint more Supreme Court Judges with my belief. Just let the Republicans cry, cry, cry. By the time it is over, ACA will be fully implemented, and liberal judges in place. The hardest thing to do is take away what individuals have come to expect. Can't you imagine what would be the cry if the Republicans tried to take away Johnson's great society programs (social security, medicare, ACA, etc.). All Reid and the Dem. Senate has to do is threaten to use the Nuclear Option for US Judges again and other actions under their control. He has shown that he and the President will use the Nuclear Option. I find this strategy very interesting and see loco cry in his milk! <gg>
