RBM,

Of all of your responses to me, this is the only worth taking the time to answer.

You ask some very good questions for which the company has offered few public answers. Why would someone offer $10 million in debt and equity financing to a company that can't even get its financials in order.

If I was signing an agreement for that kind of money, I would like to have the legal reassurance of being able to see company financials. (of course this doesn't mean they aren't fraudulent). I would also have done some VERY extensive background research on Morgan and Breton and their ability to manage a business. The hope that some financial angel IS smart enough to know what he has devoted such a chunk of money to, would give me considerable confidence in this company.

It would also give the company the resources it requires to effect a short squeeze. And the incentive for someone to be willing to pony up some money to buy out the "Cartel's" position as the short squeeze goes on.

But after the squeeze, what then?? Who will be last to sell? Who will be the first?? And of course, it all relies on the belief that the company hasn't been issuing stock overseas to finance operations or haven't been dumping 144 stock into the market so wonderfully supported by the Cartel.

THAT IS WHY you guys need to press for an EMERGENCY shareholders meeting. FORCE this friggin company to do what it should have done many months ago. Get full accountability of all shares outstanding.
And if this company's management was either trustworthy or intuitive, it would have done this already.

It is this apparent incompetence and whining on mangagement's part about a huge short position that gives me the willies. Especially, when no one really knows how much stock is available out there for people to be short or long in the first place.

Regards,

Ron
