Graystone, are you a frustrated novelist? I mean that seriously since I am also a frustrated novelist. The ongoing sea metaphore is a bit overblown and I skip a lot of it.

As to your last question, I think most of the serious investors realize there is still a long road ahead. You have decided against this company for your reasons which is fair. As I have stated here often I believe this is a technology play. I am certain that Dr. Johnson has the POTENTIAL to make this technology work. But that leaves a big question as to whether happens. New technology developments are tricky. I am willing to take a gamble on this approach and these people.

You reference certain people's projection of a $1000 share price. I always get a smile when I see that number. I do believe it is eventually possible but is a long way away. These projections are based on the belief that all will go well and we will be sitting an oa couple of billion ounces of reserves at current prices and will receieve full value. I find this problematic. First that amount of reserves would depress the price hence my comments about the precious metals becoming industrial metals. Second given the current demand for metal this would be an extremely long lived deposit. This would cause a discounting of the value of the reserves based on the net present valuing of the long lead time till the bulk of the reserves could be exploited.

Too Bad.
or
I was 100% correct.

Prior to the news release I told you.

<< NAXOF is not going to $1000.00 share, a belief of mine that you may not share, you will be asked to believe in and rely on the Johnson-Lett process, a belief of mine that you may not share, you will be asked for more time, lots of it, a belief of mine that you may not share.>>

You people are being asked to believe results that came entirely from the Johnson-Lett process, henceforth, known as the Johnson Methodology. Not rely on it a little bit, but completely. All results are Johnson Methodology.

Now it will take to March of 1998 to get some expensive equipment together, which you will gladly pay for, to demonstrate the economic feasibility of the Johnson-Lett process. Treasure, four months away.

The worst thing that could have happened was Behre Dolbears "no comment" on Ledoux's findings, if you think this is a blanket endorsement, better revisit some of the things already undertaken by Behre Dolbear. I think they disassociate themselves from the lab very well, don't you ? Ledoux could care less about economics. Well, Johnson is the man to trust, knows a lot more than anybody. heheheh

First we have to evaluate that process. Then we have to demonstrate the economic feasibility of same. Any year now, the NAXOF sails on. heheheh

If you buy this stock based upon this type of news then you deserve whatever happens to you. I think the most telling thing said by NAXOF in this little volley is removal of Letts imprimatur, after all, many people were relying on it. Apparently the process now falls squarely on the shoulders of Johnson.

I don't care for this companies tactics. We have different security legislation in Canada when it comes to mining. You guys already know that, heheheh, that right, this isn't mining, it's something BRAND NEW, the Johnson Methodology.

The worst thing is that these shysters got everbody calculating away, you really are doing all that math for nothing, but I know, you don't believe me, you believe Lett, no, Johnson.

So everybody, congratulations are in order, slaps for backs all around, we sure showed them. heheheh

I can still use the word SCAM when talking about NAXOF. Johnson Methodology, SCAM, Treasure Ahead, SCAM.

Now What ?
or
Which consultant said that ?

Do you suppoes it was Dr. Johnson or Mr. Lett that advised the company they had a mine ? I have taken this comment from the Jan 17, 1997 News Release of the NAXOF.

The Company expects that Ledoux & Co. will achieve higher results as they continue to test material using the proprietary recovery process. The Company has been advised by its consultants that this recovery process may be scaled up to conform to a commercial production process allowing for gold extraction from the Franklin Lake Property. An additional sample using the same material and the same recovery process has been started by Ledoux & Co.,...

It is clear that they have a consultant, I would presume under contract, who has advised them they have a mine. Now I am sure it couldn't be Ledoux, even though that is thier name framing that statement in an aesthetically pleasing fashion. I would be willing to bet my Navy Beans against your Buttons that Ledoux didn't say that heheheh, any takers.

Now since I believe that Ledoux didn't say it it certainly behooves me to ask, Which consultant said that ? The reason I am wondering is very simple. This statement was made in January 1997 about a proprietary process by a Company consultant, now I am being told that the NAXOF has agreed to pay about $85,000,000.00 dollars (man I like these ZERO's, tack a few more on) to Lett-Johnson. The $85,000,000 is purely hypothetical. Let me explain. If NAXOF went to $35,000 next week,

(the number calculated from Mr. Austin Lett's assertions, see these posts if you are not certain what I am referring to. When I wrote these posts you could find Listing 177 by searching for Merwin White on InfoSeek.)
A Question

Answer
207.183.153.206

we would be agreeing to pay Mr. Johnson about $350,000,000,000.00, (man look how many zeros this thing contains, heheheh) now thats a lot of RD, where has Mr. Johnson been all these years. heheheh. Man, what is in that mans brain, why would he be selling out to NAXOF. heheheh

Didn't NAXOF have a process, didnt' they say it was encouraging just a few months ago ? (They did, check it out, the reading is fun)

So ask yourself, which consultant said that ?

There probably isn't much you can do about the quarter million they just scooped from your wallet. 90 days, another quarter mill, Equipment should be in transit at that time.

My final question certainly bears asking since Mr. Letts imprimatur has been removed from this dubious "methodology", how long would it take to get criminal charges laid if Dr. Johnson's demonstration fails. Who would be charged if Dr. Johnson's demonstration fails. What would they be charged with, getting your hopes up ?

Snug Harbor Statement, man that Rum and Eggnog tastes good.
