<<I guess you just have to be in that elite clique.>>

Randall: I have noticed the very same trend. Try to call the people at FONX who Maggie (Camper7) from AOL, Motley Fool and who franco here on SI have easy access to and you will grow old waiting on hold. None of them will talk to the public. But an interesting note is that the common factor of the aforementioned people who post to these online threads are blindly bullish on FONX.

Question: Have Maggie and franco gotten their blind bullishness due to special insights developed from insider conversations not available to any of us mortals? Or are they simply a mouthpiece to the public such that the Dudleys and Obertueffers can maintain "plausible deniability" should these statements be challenged with the facts?

Hey Randy and Jerry,

why don't you stop commiserating yourself. Do you know how many times and for how many months I have tried to get hold of Mr. Oberteuffer? You have no clue. So if you think that just one phone call from myself was sufficient to have the great Oberteuffer talk to me your perception is dead wrong. Randy, instead of contributing nothing to this thread through your posts, why don't you start taking your phone and try to do your own research. It takes a lot of energy and time to talk to these people, to find out who else you could talk to and not only the company. I am dedicating a lot of my time to do this. If you cannot afford to do so this is not my problem, but you should be grateful that other people who can are willing to post what they have found out.

Your insinuation of myself being an insider is without merit. I just work harder to find out than you do. If the conclusion I draw from my research is bullish I can't help it. Eventually I might be wrong, you can never exclude it, so mine is just a subjective view. I am not part of an elite clique as you call it.

Stop it with these stupid allusions and try to contribute something to this thread that has been very informative and fair recently.

Frank

Maybe you'd have better luck e-mailing him (JohnO@asrnews.com). I doubt it, but I thought you might like it anyway (Don't worry--I found the e-ddress on his home page).

Speaking of which, Mr. Oberteuffer (as I'm sure everyone here probably already knows) runs an ASR news mag called, appropriately enough, ASR News. If you go to the home page (http://www.asrnews.com) you can sign up for a free copy. Looks interesting. No articles in the current issue on Fonix, but plenty on the other 'biggies' (or 'littlies', as Frank indicated!). Check it out if you haven't already.

Please let me reiterate my request for market reports on VR/ASR. It would be very helpful for me.

Matt
