Robert: The difference between stating something bad about a stock
as opposed to something positive is substantial. The results are
not at equal , although opposite.

The price of a stock generally doesn't rise in price from standard
hype as quickly as a fall from negative hype. The reason being that
people tend to protect their present investment on negative rumor
with more urgency than they would invest on a positive rumor.

The result being more "wait and see" on positive rumor and more
a "get before the price drops" on the negative.

That is why some people act differently according to the particular
brand of BS being offered.

For instance "Free Ice Cream in the Lobby" has a different result
than "Fire" if yelled in a crowded theater.
