craig-- actually, that idea has been around since the original lehi announcement in q1 1996. at any rate, there has been no action on it. the question is why. i know you think the guy is pretty sharp, but this would seem to indicate otherwise. he says he is thinking about diversification, but all we got was a failed foray into FPD manufacturing, and microstamp. good luck to all, trey

Craig, thanks for posting the article on The Comeback Kid .... I've been looking for something that would give me more insight into management and that was very helpful. Much as I'm an MU bear I have to admit that Appleton sounds like a strong leader ... obviously has some weaknesses as we all do, but overall he sounds pretty effective. The really big weakness in the Company looks to be Mr. Potato Head ... unfortunately, he still calls the shots. regards, Mike
