I'm thinking this is good news. My sphincter muscle has been more than a bit uncomfortable lately. They could have waited longer to pick up a little more interest if they felt the PPS was going to stay frozen. Hopefully they see a "return" in the not too distant future. Also, why would they even bother to toss another $73k after their already heavy investment if we are talking of no decent "return" in the not too distant future? If they have that money to "burn" then there are quite a few other investment opportunities out there. FWIW (more than nothing I hope)
