For the House of Representatives, Gerrymandering has a lot to do with. Another thing is the RINOS and Democrats keep all competition off of the ballots as often as possible. Also low or no information voters who vote for an advertised name whom they know nothing about, or egalitarians who they should give their vote to "charity" instead of will represent them. Sure vote them out. Replaced with a clone. You don't see two choice ballots in a lot of other countries, just here. At the local level, there is often just one candidate. Welcome to Stalinism.
